Trade Card 1962

This card was issued in Germany by Allgemeine Zeitung (newspaper) in 1961-62. It is from a set of 24 cards entitled "Der Hausfreund (Housefriends)". The card was given as a free premium for monthly payment of a subscription to the Allgemeine Zeitung. The front of the card shows a photographic type picture of the Afghan Hound while the back of the card has a brief description (in German) of the breed. This card is printed on thin stock and was intended to be mounted in a special album.

This 41 year old card is in Excellent condition.
