This card was issued in the USA by the US Customs in 1999. It is from a set of cards entitled "All Star Drug Detecting Dogs". The front of the card shows a picture of "Meta" a member of the US Customs Service. The back of the card has details of its accomplishments. The breed named on the back is Belgian Malinois but it looks like a Belgian Sheepdog to me.

This 4 year old card is in Excellent condition.
