This card was issued in the UK by Toby (Periodical) in 1926. It is card number 15 from a set of
48 cards entitled "Dogs
(1st Series # 1 -24 and 2nd Series #25 - 48)". The front of the card shows a colored picture of a
Cairn Terrier drawn by
the artist T. Fall. The back has the title
card number and a brief description of this breed ( but
not the issuers name
hence it is described as anonymous). This card was given as a free premium with the purchase of
a magazine and was cut
from a special insert. Although this card is not the most attractive
it is certainly quite difficult to
find.
