This card was issued in the USA by the Russell Mfg. Co. in 1961. It is from a set of 50 cards entitled "Playful Puppies". The front of the card shows a picture of the Chihuahua drawn by the artist Robert E. Lougheed. The back of the card has a detailed description of this breed.. This card was part of an educational card game sponsored by the National Wildlife Federation
