This scarce card was issued in Canada by Imperial
Tobacco of Canada in 1911. It is card number 45 from a set of 50 cards entitled "Fowls, Pigeons &
Dogs". The front of the card shows an artist drawn picture of the Field Spaniel, while the back has a
brief description of the breed. The card was given as a free premium with the purchase of cigarettes. A
difficult card to find! |
