This unusual stamp is a 3 dimensional "card" depicting the Miniature Schnauzer in a 3D setting. It is made of plastic with a firm plain backing. It is an actual stamp from Kuwait and I think it is about 12 years old.

This 15 year old stamp card is in Excellent condition.
